Hendricks came to the Devoted Barn on December 7, 2017 from a shelter in Southern Ohio and went straight into a foster home. Hendricks is very fearful and was feral when he came into the shelter. He spent a year and a half at his last foster but still has a lot of progress to make.
He would do best in a house with no children or fast movements, a secure fence and definitely would benefit from a doggie sibling to help him relax. He has a guarded, but loving connection with his foster mom and LOVES other dogs. He is fearful of men.
Hendricks is potty trained, knows off and leave it, and is working on his anxiety and social behavior. Right now he is concentrating mostly on decompression. Hendricks loves toys, running with his foster sisters and curling up in the recliner.
